A dynamic, fast growing travel firm is looking to hire a UX/ UI Designer to work closely with the Marketing and IT dept. The purpose of the role is to design and create the best user experience across multiple sites, delivering a user journey that is effective, efficient and enjoyable whilst increasing the number of website conversions.
You will support the vision and strategy for UX ensuring changes to the web experience are driven by a user-centric approach. You will be part of a multi-tasking marketing team and collaborate with back-end developers to achieve and deliver e-commerce and marketing objectives.
A major part of your role will be designing wireframes and producing WebUX/UI Front-End Design templates for user-centric mobile responsive website designs in line with business requirements
Empathise with website users and their needs. Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Hotjar) to identify problem areas/ UX issues and new opportunities for website improvements
Produce and present the final design templates including text sizes, colours, user-friendly UI and interactive designs with a mobile first approach
Define, plan and deliver changes to existing website with a user-centric approach with an objective to increase website conversions
Display creativity with the ability to create, plan and prioritise, be adaptable, self-motivated and multi-tasking. A positive attitude and the ability to push creativity and visual content excellence are all essential for this role

Designing graphics, banners and other online media when needed
